Shipping takes place late March throughout April depending on hardiness zone and weather conditions. If you'd like your order shipped earlier, I will do my best to accommodate.

Email notification will be sent prior to shipping out with tracking information.

USPS Shipping roughly takes 3-4 business days once package leaves the farm.

Multiple orders can receive combine shipping with discount code "COMBINESHIPPING" after the initial order is placed.

If order will be scheduled for local pick-up, discount code "LOCALPICKUP" can be used.

If it is discovered that the discount code is being used inappropriately, all orders will be cancelled and refunded with a $15 or 20% whichever greater restocking fee.

All tubers are individually inspected for at least one viable eye.

Any concerns with the condition of an order upon arrival should be reported within 7 days. 

Tubers are true to variety, however mistakes do occasionally happen. Should you believe that a tuber is not true to variety please reach out to us. 

Should there be a crop failure a refund will be issued. No dahlia tuber substitutions will be made. Email notification will be sent out prior to shipping.
