SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DAHLIA TUBERS-

SHIPPING CHARGES: $18 flat rate ONLY to USA

Multiple orders can receive combine shipping with discount code "COMBINESHIPPING" after the initial order is placed AND PRIOR to order being shipped. 

If order will be scheduled for local pick-up, discount code "LOCALPICKUP" 

If it is discovered that the discount codes are being used inappropriately, all orders will be cancelled and refunded with a $10 or 15% whichever greater restocking fee. 

FREE PICK UP IN TILLAMOOK COUNTY: If you would like to pick up your order WITHIN 10 MILES OF GARIBALDI, Oregon (between Tillamook to Manzanita) please make note under "SPECIAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS" and email me after your order is placed so we can arrange a date and time. Orders will not be ready for pick-up until after April 15th.

RETURNS:

All sales are final.

GUARANTEE:

Any concerns with the condition of an order upon arrival should be reported by email within 7 days with photos included. If quality is of concern, product will need to be returned and received prior to a refund being issued. Shipping expenses will be your responsibility. 

Dahlia tubers come in all different shapes and sizes. When purchasing from Rainbow Hill Dahlias be prepared to receive dahlia tubers of all different shapes and sizes. They will be viable and healthy at the time of shipping. It is your responsibility to store them correctly until it is safe to plant in your area. Please be familiar with dahlia care before buying live plants. I will not discriminate against small, skinny, fat, long, round or odd looking tubers. Keep in mind that if a dahlia SEED can be planted at the beginning of the season, grow a plant with plenty of blooms, and produce tubers by the end of that same season so will the smallest of dahlia tubers. 

Gambler Packs have no such warranty. This is an AS-IS product to be purchased at your own risk. 

I am unable to guarantee the plant the entire growing season as there are many factors outside my control because of the nature of the product. Please learn and be familiar with the proper care of dahlias before purchasing live plants. 

Should there be a mislabeled tuber, I'll do everything I can to make things right. I would like the opportunity to fix any problems but I do need to be made aware. Email is the best form of communication.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESTOCKING FEE:

Any orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a non-refundable $10 restocking fee or 15% of order total whichever is greater. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason whether it be in regards to tuber limits, sneaking your way in or a number of other reasons. I also will not tolerate harassment, blasting your complaints on social media or otherwise being disrespectful. If you do not feel you can agree to the above or dislike this approach, again, I would encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

Rainbow Hill Dahlias will be indemnified from any claims, judgements, actions from all losses, whether known and unknown, which arise from purchasing any product.

DONATIONS:

All donations are non-refundable and marked as "DONATION'.
